Define Audience
So I start at the beginning: Who do we what do they do and where do they do that?
Those three questions I have answered in a drawing and in words:
We have visitors:people browsing along, adding simple content and reading articles. We have editors: Forum moderators, and people who add content, in a slightly more complex surrounding. We have administrators: they can configure settings.
